God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.
- 1 John 4:9

Merciful God, we rejoice that Your love was revealed in the greatest miracles—the birth, death and ressurection of Your one and only Son. Thank You for revealing Yourself through Christ, who took on our flesh so that we might share in His righteousness. Amen.
