So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor. Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

Lord God, I confess my anxieties overwhelm me at times. Help me to remember to trust You with all my worries, knowing that I belong to a good and gracious Father who will not leave me to figure life out on my own. Amen.
